He is the co-author of the UN Water in the World We Want report on post-2015 global sustainable development goals relating to water. Bob is a Fellow of the Centre for Hydrology at the University of Saskatchewan and a Fellow of the Biogeoscience Institute at the University of Calgary.
In addition to many other books, Bob is the author of several high-profile works on water, including Cold Matters: The State & Fate of Canada’s Snow and Ice, and Saving Lake Winnipeg. Bob co-authored Flood Forecast: Climate Risk & Resilience in Canada with Kerry Freek.
